I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. I unfortunately caught covid while I was visiting the area. The staff was very accommodating, and brought food to my room, so I wouldn't spread it to anyone else. The location is not that bad. I felt safe there, although it could be a bit better. That's outside the hotel's control though. Overall, I would stay here again.

Needed hotel close to the airport because of an early flight and did not want to fight traffic. Clean and comfortable with good hot shower. Very close to airport with complementary Lyft for hotel guests. That was very nice since many hotels no longer have airport shuttles. Reasonable incidental. Would definitely stay again!!!!!

Rooms were nice and grounds are fenced (parking lot seemed very safe). Staff were amazing. 10/10 for service. Very helpful! They ordered us a complementary Lyft to the airport the next morning (in place of the airport shuttle) which made getting there so easy. Very convenient because we were able to leave exactly when we needed to. 10/10 would stay again and would recommend

I stayed here for work and was very happy with everything. It was clean, comfortable and I appreciated the Lyft to the airport. The best part of my stay was the customer service I received from the front desk. Amber and Janiah were so nice and accommodating. The bartender (guy with longer hair) was also very friendly. Thank you so much.

A good stay and value. I was in a "well-being" room or some such thing. It was worth it for me - top floor (3rd) and quiet (away from elevators, ice machine and road). Their little bistro is decent but understaffed. You are in a bit of a food desert. The pillows were way too firm for me and the shower wasn't hot enough. But the room was clean and spacious.

Convenient hotel that is super close to the Oakland airport. They provide free lyfts to get to and from the airport or the rental car location. The staff here is amazing, especially Sue Ellen. Our son's birthday happened during our trip and she made an impromptu celebration for him at the cafe.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Not the Hotels fault but it's not a good area, you don't want to go walking around here.. no restaurants near by anyway. Luckily they have a restaurant that has good food. Also whoever makes the coffee needs some training, it's full of coffee grounds
